


Worst of all though is the horrible hit registration and damage delays, it often feels like you might as well be shooting at a sandbag. The rest of the video is (as expected) riddled with bugs (and hackers) as well.

This moment pretty much sums up the current DayZ situation. Now all this aside isn't to say that you can't have a lot of fun with DayZ, but for me the horrendous gameplay / feel and the mountain of bugs quickly overshadows the rest of the experience. Arma 3 is released (as in out of beta, on the market, what ever) and it is still riddled with terrible gameplay flaws. Regardless of what people think the majority of these problems will not be fixed. DayZ sure has a lot of potential but it will never be a good game, mainly because the engine it's built on is terrible.
